milyhya Platform Account Terms

When you join milyhya, you agree to our terms of service, which govern how we operate our sportsbook, live-dealer games, slots, and esports markets across Android, iOS, and desktop. We set these terms to protect both your account and our platform's integrity. This document explains your obligations, our commitments, and how disputes are resolved.

Our milyhya terms cover account creation, deposit and withdrawal processes, bonus usage, and responsible account management. We require all users to verify their identity (KYC) before withdrawing funds. We accept payments via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Your account remains your responsibility—never share your login credentials or two-factor authentication codes with anyone.

Account Opening and Verification on milyhya

To open an account on milyhya, you provide your email address, create a password, and enter your phone number. We send an OTP to your phone to confirm ownership. You then complete KYC verification by uploading a valid Indonesian ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), your date of birth, and your home address. We encrypt and store this data securely; we never share it without your explicit consent or legal obligation.

We require KYC verification before you can withdraw funds. Deposits are possible before verification is complete, but withdrawal requests are held until KYC passes. Most verifications complete within 1–2 hours during business hours. If we need additional information, we notify you via email or push notification on the milyhya app.

Your milyhya account is personal and non-transferable. You must not create multiple accounts or use another person's ID to open an account. We monitor for duplicate or fraudulent accounts and reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates this policy.

Account Security on milyhya

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) method secure. We recommend enabling biometric login (fingerprint or face ID) on your phone. Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or recovery phrases with anyone—including milyhya staff. Our team will never ask for your password.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, log out all sessions in Account → Security → Active Sessions and reset your password immediately. We log unauthorized login attempts and alert you via push notification. If you notice unauthorized activity, contact our support team right away.

Note: We do not store your full banking credentials on our servers. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, or your bank, payment processing happens on your provider's secure servers. milyhya only receives confirmation that payment succeeded.

Our milyhya Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonus Policy

We process subject to verificationly when you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may take 1–2 business days. Your withdrawal destination must match your original deposit source—if you funded via mobile bankingyour withdrawal returns to local payment. This policy ensures account security and anti-money-laundering compliance.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours once KYC is verified. During peak periods (e.g. Liga 1 season, Piala Indonesia tournaments, holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha), processing may take up to 48 hours. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1–2 business days after we process your request. Your milyhya balance is never forfeited—funds remain in your account indefinitely.

  • Bonus eligibility: We apply reload bonuses and promotional credits automatically when you meet the deposit threshold. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements—you must play through the bonus amount a set number of times before it becomes withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering (e.g. slots non-specific info, live dealer non-specific info).
  • Bonus expiry: Our bonuses expire 30 days after credit. If you do not complete your wagering requirement within this window, the bonus forfeits, but your original deposit balance remains available.
  • No bonus stacking: You cannot combine multiple bonuses on a single wager or claim the same bonus twice. Each bonus is independent and subject to its own terms.
  • Void bets and settlement: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed to a different calendar date, wagers on that event are voided and stakes refunded. We settle outcomes within 1 hour of official results. If a result is disputed, we refer to the official governing body (e.g. Liga 1 federation, race organizer) for final determination.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Notice

Our milyhya services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming and wagering are permitted by local law. We do not verify your location continuously, but if we determine you are accessing milyhya from a prohibited jurisdiction, we may suspend your account without notice.

If you have a dispute with milyhya—regarding a settlement, a bonus claim, or account access—contact our support team via live chat, email, or the FAQ page. We investigate complaints within 5 business days and respond with our determination. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to our management team, whose decision is final. We do not guarantee external arbitration or legal recourse beyond our internal process.

By using milyhya, you acknowledge that our platform operates subject to Indonesian regulations and international best practices. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately; continued use of milyhya after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

KYC (Know Your Customer)
Identity verification required before withdrawal. You provide your full name, date of birth, ID number, and address.
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
An OTP sent to your phone each time you log in from a new device. Protects your account from unauthorized access.
Wagering requirement
The amount you must wager before a bonus becomes withdrawable. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 5x bonus amount).
Account suspension
We may suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, or violation of our terms. Suspension does not forfeit your balance.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activity on milyhya

You agree not to use milyhya for money laundering, fraud, or circumventing sanctions. You must not engage in collusive wagering with other players to manipulate odds or outcomes. You must not abuse our promotional offers by creating multiple accounts or depositing and withdrawing repeatedly without genuine play. We monitor for these behaviors and may forfeit bonuses, close your account, or escalate to relevant authorities if needed.

We prohibit bot activity, automated scrapers, and any third-party software that attempts to access your milyhya account without authorization. We prohibit harassment of our support staff, threats, or abusive language. Violation of these rules results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Liability and Service Availability

milyhya operates 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily take our platform offline. During such downtime, your account balance is safe, and any pending wagers are paused until service resumes.

We are not liable for losses caused by your password compromise, third-party payment processor failures, or internet connectivity issues on your device. We are not liable for financial losses from wagering itself—outcomes on our sportsbook, slots, or live-dealer games are determined by chance and market odds, not guaranteed results. You wager at your own discretion and risk.

If you believe milyhya has failed to honour our terms, your sole remedy is to contact our support team. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services in any jurisdiction at any time.
