Account Eligibility and Verification

When you create an account on milyhya, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal right to engage in online gaming as permitted by local law. We require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed. During KYC, you provide a valid Indonesian ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and confirm your residential address. Note: Your use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location and access milyhya from a prohibited jurisdiction violates our terms. We employ detection systems that identify such attempts. Violation may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

We operate milyhya with zero tolerance for jurisdiction circumvention. Your compliance with local law is your responsibility, not ours.

Data Handling, Privacy, and Legal Compliance

Our milyhya platform collects personal data (name, ID number, phone, email, home address, transaction history) for account creation, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We encrypt all data at rest and in transit. We do not share your personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or court order.

Your transaction history—deposits, wagers, withdrawals—is retained for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, dispute resolution, and tax reporting. Data is retained for a minimum of seven years as required by Indonesian regulations. After this period, data is securely deleted unless legal proceedings require extended retention.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or restrict our service availability at any time. If regulatory changes occur in your jurisdiction, we may suspend service immediately. Similarly, if we expand into new jurisdictions, we will announce changes via push notification and email to all existing users.

During major sporting events (Liga 1 season, Piala IndonesiaPiala AFF, or Champions League tournaments), or holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, we maintain continuous service. However, compliance checks and KYC processing may experience slight delays due to volume. Account suspensions for jurisdiction violations remain immediate and are not delayed by holidays or events.

milyhya does not operate in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medanor any other city where local ordinances prohibit online gaming. Even if you are a resident of these cities but live in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted, you may use milyhya provided you are not subject to local restrictions. Verification of local status is your responsibility.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

milyhya provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from your use of our platform in violation of local law. We are not liable for financial losses from wagering itself—all outcomes (sportsbook results, live-dealer game results, slot spins) carry inherent risk.

We assume no liability for third-party payment processor failures, network outages, or device issues that prevent you from accessing your account. We are not liable for account suspension due to jurisdiction violations, nor do we guarantee recovery of suspended balances.
