Account and registration
We require one government-issued photo ID to verify your identity. Acceptable documents include a national ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or residence permit. Your document must show your full name, date of birth, and photo clearly. Upload a clean image of both sides (front and back) through your milyhya account under Account → Verification. KYC verification typically completes within 24 hours. If your document is rejected, we send an email explaining why—common reasons include poor image quality, expiry, or mismatched name. You can resubmit anytime. We store your KTP or passport image securely on encrypted servers and do not share it with third parties. Verification is mandatory before you can withdraw funds from milyhya.
On the milyhya login page, tap "Forgot Password?" below the password field. Enter the email address associated with your account. We send a password reset link to that email within minutes. Click the link, enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, include uppercase, lowercase, and a number), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat. For security, password reset links expire after one hour. If your link has expired, request a new one. Do not share your reset link with anyone, and never give your password to milyhya staff or other users.
Payments and transactions
milyhya accepts deposits via multiple payment methods. DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically process amounts from our welcome offer to our welcome offer per transaction. e-wallet transfers work similarly. Direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet can accommodate larger amounts—check with your bank for daily transfer limits. Your account may have a deposit cap based on your verification level and account age; check Account → Payment Methods to see your limits. Each deposit method may have its own minimum and maximum. If your transaction fails, milyhya refunds it to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Deposits are instant once confirmed, and your balance updates in real time on the milyhya app and website.
If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, milyhya displays a status message in your Account → Transaction History. Common reasons for incomplete transactions include insufficient balance on your payment method, network interruption, or a temporary issue with the payment provider. For deposits, if the payment was deducted but your milyhya balance did not update, the refund typically arrives within 1–3 business days. You can also check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm whether the money left your account. For withdrawals, if your request is still "pending," our review process is underway. Standard review is 24–48 hours. If your withdrawal is "declined," we send an email explaining the reason—common causes include failed KYC verification or a mismatch between your account name and withdrawal account name. Contact support if you believe the decline was in error, and we will investigate.
Games and markets

Our weekly cashback is a recurring promotion available to active players. Each week, milyhya calculates your net losses (total wagers minus wins) across sportsbook, live-dealer, and slots. On Monday morning, we credit a cashback amount to your account automatically—no code needed, no opt-in required. The cashback percentage varies; check the current offer on the Reload Promotion page. Cashback is added as bonus credit and may have playthrough requirements before you can withdraw it—read the promotion terms carefully. Cashback is calculated across all game types equally. If you win more than you lose in a week, cashback may not apply. Cashback is forfeited if you do not log into milyhya within 30 days. We do not combine cashback with other promotions on the same bet.

On weekends and public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, chat availability may be reduced. Security and account care
milyhya encrypts all data transmitted between your phone and our servers using TLS 1.2, the same encryption standard used by banks. Your password is hashed (converted into a one-way code) on our servers and never stored in plain text. Your KTP, ID document, and financial details are stored on encrypted secure servers with restricted access. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties. We share information only with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) when you deposit or withdraw—they need your account details to process the transaction. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication; after you log in from a new device, we send an OTP code to your registered phone number. We audit our systems monthly for security vulnerabilities. If you suspect unauthorised access to your milyhya account, change your password immediately and contact support.
